Aircraft Accident Liaison Council Rules

(Purpose)
Article 1 The Council shall promptly communicate with related organizations in case of an air accident or other unforeseen accident or a disaster associated with an accident (hereinafter referred to as “air accidents, etc.”) in Kanagawa Prefecture. The purpose is to establish a communication coordination system and to communicate and discuss the implementation of comprehensive emergency measures.
(Name)
Article 2 This council shall be referred to as the Air Accident Liaison Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”).
(Configuration)
Article 3 The Council shall be composed of the related organizations listed in the attached table. (Appendix omitted)
(Discussions)
Article 4 The Council shall discuss the following matters:

(1) Development of emergency contact system
A. Designation of the person in charge of communication at the relevant organizations
B. Route for emergency contact information such as air accidents

(2) Emergency and rescue
A. injured relief
B. On-site measures
C. Rescue of property victims
D) Provision of convenience and others

(3) Other necessary matters

(Holding meetings)
Article 5 The meeting of the council shall be held once a year in principle. However, it can be held at any time when requested by related organizations or if necessary, it can be held.
2. The council may establish a subcommittee consisting of some of the related organizations as necessary, and may hold subcommittees at any time.
(Management and decision of the meeting)
Article 6 The operation of the meeting shall be carried out by the South Kanto Defense Bureau in coordination with related organizations, specifying the necessary matters for the meeting, and the decisions at the meeting shall be confirmed in the minutes.
(General affairs of the meeting)
Article 7 General affairs of the council shall be handled by the South Kanto Defense Bureau Administration Department Business Division.
(Others)
Article 8 In addition to what is provided for in these Terms, the required items shall be determined by the Council.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall come into effect on January 20, 1987.
