Atsugi Base Noise Countermeasures Council Rules

(Name)
Article 1 This association shall be the Atsugi Base Noise Countermeasures Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) It's called it.

Article 3 This council shall conduct the following business to achieve the purpose of the preceding Article.

(1) Request activities to the national government, the Diet, the U.S. military, etc.
(2) Information exchange on noise issues
(3) Consultation on aircraft noise measures such as early realization of alternative training facilities
(4) Other matters necessary to achieve the objectives

(Organization)
Article 4 This council shall be organized with the persons listed in the following items.

(1) Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "Governor") Chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly and members of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly (Some members)
(2) Mayors of Yokohama City, Sagamihara City, Fujisawa City, Chigasaki City, Yamato City, Ebina City, Zama City, Kanagawa City and Machida City and Chairman of the City Council

(Chairman)
Article 5 The chairman shall be appointed by the council, and the chairman shall be assigned by the governor.
2. The President shall be in charge of the affairs of this council and represent this association.

(2) The advisor shall be commissioned by the chairman from among members of the House of Representatives who have the foundation of activities in the 12th to 16th wards of Kanagawa Prefecture and members of the House of Councilors elected from Kanagawa Prefecture.
3. Advisors may attend meetings and express their opinions.
(Meetings)
Article 7 The meeting shall be convened by the President and the President shall chair the meeting.

(Supplemental Rules)
Article 11 In addition to what is provided for in these Terms, necessary matters shall be determined separately by the President.
Supplementary Provisions
