We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff to work at the Civic Affairs Bureau Service Section.

Recruitment of Fiscal Year Appointment Staff

Main Business Activities

  1. Telephone inquiries to the claimant regarding the mailing request of the family register-resident certificate certificate
  2. Examination of delivery of certificates related to family register and resident certificate by mail
  3. Mail Request Office Operational Assistance
  4. Others (such as administrative assistance related to Civic Affairs Bureau Service Division)
  5. In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Eligibility

  1. Person who can perform basic PC operation (operation performed on PC related to Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  2. Those who can respond to telephone calls
  3. Those who are willing to engage in duties related to family register resident registration

Working conditions

  1. Appointment period
    From September 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
    In some cases, such as when work performance is good, the appointment may be re-appointed (up to 4 times)
  2. Working days
    Work four days a week: 4 days from Monday to Friday
    ※Holidays: One day from Saturday, Sunday and Monday to Friday, public holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year)
  3. Working hours
    From 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (1 hour of lunch break)
  4. Work location
    Yokohama City Hall Civic Affairs Bureau Service Section
    1-1-56 Sakuragicho, Naka-ku, Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 Clean Center (about a 5-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station)
  5. Remuneration (monthly, planned amount as of May 2024. In the future, it is subject to change due to system revision etc.
    176,900 yen

    Year-end allowance, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) etc.
  7. Social insurance
    Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association), Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) and employment insurance

Selection method

  1. Primary selection
    Documents will be selected based on the submitted application form.
    ※The results of the first selection will be sent out around July 8, 2024.
  2. Second Selection
    This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
    (1) Selection method: Selection by interview
    (2) Selection date: Tuesday, July 16, 2024
    ※The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the first screening. Please note that the designated interview date and time cannot be changed.
    ※The results of the second selection will be sent out around July 23, 2024. (Successful applicants will be notified by telephone with a notice.)

physical checkup at the time of employment

Those who will be hired will be asked to consult physical checkup (scheduled for July 29).
