Main Business Activities

1.Response to telephone inquiries regarding the family register-resident certificate relationship
2.Input of documents, etc. Administrative assistance of Civic Affairs Bureau Service Section
3.In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

    Eligibility

    1. Person who can perform basic PC operation (operation performed on PC related to Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
    2. Those who can respond to telephone calls

    Working conditions

    1.Appointment period
    From August 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024
    In some cases, the appointment period may be updated.

    2.Working days
    Working 3 days a week: 3 days designated by the director from Monday to Friday
    Working 2 days a week: 2 days designated by the director from Monday to Friday
    ※Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

    3.Working hours
    From 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (1 hour of lunch break)

    4.Work location
    Yokohama City Hall Civic Affairs Bureau Service Section
    10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama (about a 3-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station)

    5.Remuneration (daily amount, planned amount as of June 2024. In the future, it is subject to change due to system revision etc.
