Recruitment Guide

Duties

(Maternal and Child Health Business Administration Aid)
1 Acceptance of application for each subsidy system pertaining to this project and auxiliary work for payment decision work
 (Check ups for Infants and Toddlers, Medical Institutions, etc.)
2 Subsidized services for each expenditure affairs related to this project
3 Telephone reception, document collection and distribution, document arrangement, input work, etc.
4 Other temporary and provisional additional services
※ In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Eligibility

Those who meet the following requirements

  • Being able to perform basic operation of personal computers, contact and telephone service

Disqualification clause

In the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act, the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff cannot be made.

  1. Persons who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
  2. A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
  3. A person who is in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
  4. A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
  5. A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

Working conditions

Appointment period

From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)

Working hours, working days and salaries

Working hours From 8:45 to 17:15 (including 1 hour break time)
Working days

Work 5 days a week excluding weekends, holidays and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3)

Salary, etc.

・10,320 yen per day (actual amount for FY2024). Remuneration is subject to change during the appointment period. )
・Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commutation allowance (equivalent to actual expenses) separately
・Yokohama City Staff Mutual Aid Association, Employees' Pension Insurance, employment insurance

Vacation ・Annual paid leave, etc.

Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Health check-up at the time of employment

Recruiters are scheduled to conduct physical checkup after the appointment.
※Venue: Kanagawa Preventive Medicine Association Central clinics (Details will be announced to those who have been offered a job.)

Selection of documents

If you pass, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone by Friday, February 21, 2025.

Interview selection

Interview screening will be conducted for those who have passed the document screening.
It is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
Recruitment applicants will be contacted by e-mail or telephone by Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

Appointment If you are hired as a result of the selection, we will perform the appointment procedure as an appointment staff for the fiscal year.
