We are recruiting staff (daily job) for the fiscal year who will be in charge of guidance audits (childcare workers) at the Child and Youth Bureau Audit Division. Job description, eligibility, etc.

Duties

・Duties such as guidance audits (nursery teachers) at childcare and educational facilities in Yokohama City
 ※This is a task of actually visiting nursery schools and conducting guidance audits on childcare.
・In addition, office work related to section operations
・Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Eligibility

・Those who have childcare qualifications ※Check your childcare card at the time of interview.
・Those who satisfy all of the following items
 ① Have at least 10 years of practical experience as a regular employee at a licensed nursery school
 ② Have at least 3 years of practical experience in a position of chief or higher at a licensed nursery school
 ※Please fill in the “Academic Education / Work History” column of the selection application form so that you can see that the above items are satisfied.
・Person who can perform basic operation of PC (input Excel word, terminal operation, etc.)

General part-time staff (Article 22-2, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Local Public Service Act)

Employment period

From May 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026

Working days and working hours

Work four days a week except Sunday, Saturday and one day a week determined by the director
(Excluding national holidays and year-end and New Year holidays)
From 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (1 hour break)

Compensation, etc.

12,060 yen per day
※This is the result of FY2024. It is subject to change during the appointment period.
End-of-term, diligence allowance, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately according to Motoichi standards.

Selection method and schedule

Selection method

1 The primary selection will be made based on the submitted documents.
2 For those who have passed the primary selection, a secondary selection (final) interview test will be conducted.

Interview schedule (only those who have passed the primary selection)

Scheduled to be held on March 18, 2025 (Tuesday)
Details will be announced separately, along with the results of the primary selection.

Notification of pass/fail result

 ※Notification of final pass/fail results will be sent out around late March 2025 (planned)

physical checkup

You will see physical checkup when you hire. (Scheduled for April 2025)

Others

・If it becomes clear that the application requirements are not met, or that the entries in the application documents etc. are incorrect, the pass will be canceled.
・Personal information provided at the time of such selection will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to recruitment selection and recruitment.
 However, the personal information of the final successful applicant (employee) will be used as personnel information.
・If the 2025 budget is not voted on by the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.
