・In addition, it is desirable that those who have been certified as administrative scriveners and administrative staff abilities (Japan Federation of Bar Associations) and have experience in office work, and who are interested in child welfare are desirable.

1. Working days
   5 days a week excluding Saturday and Sunday (excluding national holidays and New Year's holidays)
2. Time
   Work from 8:30 to 17:00 (break time: 1 hour specified during work)
3. Salary
   10,320 yen per day (actual amount for FY2024). Remuneration is subject to change during the appointment period. )
   Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately
4. Vacation
   Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
5. Social insurance
   Joined Yokohama City Employees Mutual Aid Association, Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance

※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

1. Office work for identification of elementary school studenｔ and parental authority
   (1)Request and receipt of copies of certificate of family register and resident certificate to ward offices and other public documents
   (2)In the case of a foreigner, a request and receipt of an alternative public document
2. Preparation and check the materials provided to the court
3. Submission of examination documents such as invoices for temporary protection to courts
4. Management of progress of office work by Excel, etc. Telephone support
5. Telephone support and other administrative assistance in children's guidance office (including travel expenses calculation, etc.)

※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
