※The mother and child visit instructor is commissioned by Yokohama City to perform duties, and is paid for each visit.
Please note that this is different from the fiscal year appointment staff.
| Eligibility | （１） A person who is qualified as a midwife or public health nurse （２） Those who meet the physical checkup standards set by Yokohama City （３） Persons under the age of 64 as of April 1, 2024 |

| Business description | （１） Home visits and health guidance for newborns and their mothers in the city for the purpose of reducing childcare anxiety and restoring their mother. （２） Report on monthly visits to Health and Welfare Center and participate in business liaison meetings (once a month) （３） Attendance at workshops held by Child and Youth Bureau (once a year in principle) |
| Working conditions | （１） Work location: In the adopted ward office and adopted ward （２） Delegation period: From the date of adoption March 31, 2025 ※ The delegation period can be renewed every year and can be continued until the end of the year (March 31) when the age of 65 is reached. |
| Compensation | （１） Basic compensation: 4,000 yen per visit |
