Duties

  1. Administrative assistance related to Children and Families Support Section and single-parent home support projects
  2. Administrative assistance related to general affairs, labor, and accounting
  3. Telephone reception, collection and distribution of documents, document arrangement, input operations, etc.
  4. In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Salary

¥10,320 per day (hourly wage: ¥1,376) ※Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately (actual amount for FY2024)

※If the 2025 budget is not voted on in the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.

Reason for disqualification

Appointment cannot be made in the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act.

  1. A person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until the execution is completed or no longer received.
  2. A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
  3. A member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee who has committed a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act and has been sentenced to imprisonment.
  4. Those who have formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
  5. A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

  • Bring your own (weekdays from 8:45 to 17:00. Receive your admission certificate at the general reception on the 3rd floor of the city hall, go up to the 13th floor with the A elevator, and call by the reception phone. )
  • Mail (Please use simple registered mail or specific records.)

Selection method

Document screening will be conducted as a primary screening, and interviews will be conducted as a secondary screening for those who have passed the primary screening.
