We are recruiting staff for the fiscal year of the elementary school student nursing home "Yokohama Miharu Gakuen".

Business description

(1) Life consultation and employment support for elementary school student (including children in kindergarten)elementary school student
(2) elementary school student's daily support, guidance, etc.
 ※ In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically, auxiliary work only during working hours)

Eligibility for application

One of the following:
(1) A person with a nursery teacher qualification
(2) Those who have experience in work at child welfare facilities and social welfare facilities and have qualifications for social welfare supervisors
(3) (1)Those who comply with (2)

Working Conditions

(1) Appointment period From June 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
   ※If you have a term until the end of the fiscal year and you have the same job from the beginning of the fiscal year in the following fiscal year, you may be reappointed after proof of ability.         
    (up to 4 times after recruitment)
(2) Working days 4 days a week (30 hours a week) designated by the facility manager
(3) Working hours Either of the following hours specified by the facility manager
        Oh, from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm
        B. From 12:45 pm to 9:15 pm
(4) Salary 204,400 yen per month
   ※End-of-term, diligent allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
   ※Remuneration is subject to change during the appointment period.
(5) Annual leave, summer vacation, etc.
(6) Joined the Social Insurance employee health insurance (Yokohama Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(7) Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary and cost compensation for staff of Yokohama City fiscal year.
