1. Nursery teacher
2. Those who are qualified to take the national exam as a social worker or mental health worker
3. Those who have completed the training institution or training course designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare under the Social Welfare Law
4. Those who have at least 5 years of practical experience in consultation and support work at a welfare office
5. Those who have completed 3 or more of the social welfare courses designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Three persons (temporary Public Welfare Section; one person in charge of independence in Public Welfare Section)

1. Working days
   5 days a week (excluding weekends and holidays)
2. Working hours

Public Welfare Section 8:45~ 17:15　
Temporary Public Welfare Section Independence Support Division 8:30-17:00 and 12:30-21:30

3. Payroll
   ¥10,770 per day (planned amount for FY2024)
   ※Compensation may change during the term of appointment in accordance with the retrospective revision of remuneration for full-time employees.
4. Benefits, etc.
   At the end of the term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
5. Social insurance
   Employees' Pension Insurance, employment insurance and Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance
6. Vacation
   Annual leave (16 days), summer vacation 5 days, etc.
