The road "Tsunashimahigashi Line" above Shin-Tsunashima Station will open, and new bus stops will open.

Around Shin-Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line, which opened in March 2023, we are developing urban infrastructure facilities and living convenience facilities through the integrated implementation of Yokohama's first land readjustment project and urban redevelopment project. We are promoting community development that further enhances the appeal of the railway line.
The Tsunashimahigashi Line, which is under construction on the ground of Shin-Tsunashima Station, will open on Friday, December 22, 2023, and the bus stop will open on Saturday, December 23. As a result, approximately half of the buses (approximately 800 cars/day) arriving and departing at Tsunashima Station in Toukyu Toyoko Line will be replaced by Shin-Tsunashima Station in order to ease congestion on nearby roads, improve the punctuality of bus operations, and improve the convenience of transfer at Shin-Tsunashima Station. In addition, near the north exit of Shin-Tsunashima Station, Yokohama City's first underground mechanical bicycle parking lots will open on Thursday, January 4, 2024. In the future, we will promote the widening of surrounding roads and the development of residential land, and aim to complete construction.
