Around Shin-Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line, which opened in March 2023, Yokohama City's first land readjustment project and urban redevelopment project will be developed through the integrated implementation of Yokohama City's first land readjustment project and urban redevelopment project. The Tsunashima East Line, which is under construction on the ground of Shin-Tsunashima Station, will open on Friday, December 22, 2023, and the bus stop will open on Saturday, December 23. Along with this, about half of the buses (approximately 800 buses / day) currently departing and arriving at Toukyu Toyoko Line Tsunashima Station have been replaced by departure and arrivals at Shin-Tsunashima Station. Improvement of transfer convenience is planned. In addition, near the north exit of Shin-Tsunashima Station, Yokohama City's first underground mechanical bicycle parking lots will open on Thursday, January 4, 2024. In the future, we will promote the widening of surrounding roads and residential land development, and aim to complete construction.
