Kozumi's ANNEX has been developed in a corner of a local residential area called Koizumi, in Kamariya-Higashi, Kanazawa-ku, a 10-minute walk from Kanazawa Bunko Station on the Keikyu Main Line.
The common area of the share house where students live is open as a place where anyone can easily stay, such as "sleep on the veranda" and "homework and games together", and a place where private use such as "meetings" and "meetings" can be used.
