The four prefectures (Kanagawa, Yokohama, Kawasaki, Sagamihara) have signed an agreement with the Kanagawa Prefectural Amusement Park Cooperative to support people unable to return home caused by traffic disruptions during large-scale disasters such as earthquakes.
