In order to support local governments affected by Typhoon No. 15 in 2019, Yokohama City has established the Designated City Mayors' Association's "Action Plan for Designated City Mayors' Association Action Plan at the Time of Wide Area and Large-Scale Disasters" and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "Support Staff Support Staff".
