On March 27, 2023 (Monday), multiple wards reported that another person's resident certificate was issued in the certificate issuing service at convenience stores, so the service was suspended from 14:00 on the same day.
We are currently investigating and will resume the service as soon as the cause is resolved.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to citizens.
