On Monday, March 27, 2023 the service was suspended from 14:00 on the same day due to reports from multiple wards that another person's resident certificate etc. were issued in the certificate issuance service at convenience stores.
We are currently conducting a survey and will resume the service as soon as the cause is resolved.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience to the citizens.
