"On-the-spot investigation report on personal information handling affairs" was submitted to the mayor by the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council Chairman to the mayor.

　In order to ensure the proper handling of personal information, the Third-Party Evaluation Committee on the Protection of Personal Information, which is a subcommittee of the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Council"; Chairman Toshinori Nakamura) conducts on-site surveys of Yokohama's business sites and compiles a report.
　In fiscal 2022, we conducted a field survey of personal information handling affairs related to the fire department and children's guidance office, and today the report was submitted to the mayor.
　In the future, the mayor will report the results of the measures against the proposed opinion to the council.
