About Yokohama-shi information disclosure, personal information protection examination committee report from 2937 to 2939

The Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Examination Committee (Chairman Shizuo Fujiwara) today submitted the following three reports.
In Report No. 2937, we believe that the disclosure decision made by City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat is not appropriate and that the scope of disclosure should be expanded.
In Report No. 2938, The Mayor of Yokohama's decision on non-disclosure of personal information is not appropriate, and it is determined that a complaint response report on the response of a specific district center with a reporting date on the 30th of the month prior to the specific month of the specific year should be identified as retained personal information and made a new decision on disclosure or non-disclosure.
In Report No. 2939, we judge that partial disclosure decision made by Yokohama-shi water supply business manager is appropriate.
