In accordance with Article 90 of the Public Office Election Law, Masataka Ota (OTA Masataka Association, Isogo Ward) resigned pursuant to Article 90 of the Public Office Election Law, based on the provisions of Article 111, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the same Act, Chairman Tomio Shimizu notified the Yokohama Election Commission of the City Council of Elections.
