Yokohama City and Haseko Anesis Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding on July 25, 2023 to cooperate in efforts to reduce food loss from households in apartment.
Based on the Memorandum of Understanding, we will start publicizing awareness in apartment in November to reduce food loss.
By utilizing the results obtained through this initiative in other regions, we will lead to reduction of food loss.
