In order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, Yokohama City has set a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas reduction target for fiscal 2030, and is promoting decarbonization initiatives in cooperation with citizens and businesses.
In order to promote plastic measures, one of the measures that contribute to decarbonization, we will implement a “Plastic Waste Reduction Campaign” in conjunction with “Environment Month” in June, calling for the reduction of disposable plastics and the correct separation of plastic containers and packaging.
