City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau is working to reduce food loss that can still be eaten but discarded.
Recipes published in "Marugoto Seasonal Vegetables-Used Recipes 3-Winter Spring Edition" (issued in January 2018) to be used as a reference for reducing food loss at home. Based on the recipe, a recipe video was created.
