At around 10:19 on Sunday, April 4, we will inform you that a customer (a woman in her 70s) who tried to get on a route bus in City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau fell due to door press pressure and was injured.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our customers. In addition, we apologize for any inconvenience to customers using the municipal bus.
