 At 5:20 today, we have postponed driving in some sections of the Blue Line, but as a result of the restoration work, it is expected that the service will resume on all lines from around 15:00.
 We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you.

1 Operation resumed time
 For the disconnected section (Isezaki-Chojamachi-Yokohama), the service will resume around 15:00 and will be operated on the entire line.
 Transfers to other company lines will continue until they return to normal schedules.

2. Status of restoration of facilities
 (1) Insulators supporting the third rail
 Replacement and restoration of damaged insulators have been completed.
 (2) Trains whose collection shoes have dropped off
 The broken train was moved to the detention line at Kannai Station.
 (3) Currently, we are conducting safety checks to resume operation.

3 Impact Personnel
 Approximately 60,000 people

4 Causes
 Due to the drop of train pickup shoes, the insulator supporting the third rail was damaged, and the train stopped (power outage) and the train could not operate.
 The detailed cause is currently under investigation.
