About suspension of operation of some sections of municipal subway blue line (return operation) [final report]

　At 5:20 today, we have suspended driving in some sections of the Blue Line, but as a result of the restoration work, it is expected that the entire line will resume operation around 15:00.
　We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.

1 Operation Reopening Time
　For non-stop sections (Isezaki-Chojamachi-Yokohama), the service will resume around 15:00 and will be operated on all lines.
　Transfers to other company lines will continue until the normal schedule returns to normal schedules.

2 Recovery status of facilities
　(1) Insulators supporting third-rails
　Replacement and recovery of the damaged insulators have been completed.
　(2) The train where the power collection shoes dropped off
　The broken train was moved to the detention line at Kannai Station.
　(3) Currently, we are conducting safety checks to resume operations.

3 Effective Persons
　Approximately 60,000 people

4 Causes
　The insulator supporting the third rail was damaged due to the drop-off of the train pick-up shoes, and the train stopped (power outage) and the train could no longer operate.
　Detailed causes are currently under investigation.
