While securing human resources for childcare and early childhood education has become an issue, Yokohama City has been working with nursery schools and kindergartens in the city to increase the number of future leaders. We carry out "Yokohama Yoho Project-Yokohama Bern-" to send the appeal of junior and senior high school students.
In 2022, we will inform you that we have held a planning meeting and released a “talk video by young childcare workers” and distributed a PR flyer “Let's Become a Teacher” to students at Yokohama Municipal Junior High School and High School.
