While securing human resources for childcare and early childhood education is becoming an issue, Yokohama City cooperates with nursery schools and kindergartens in the city to increase the number of future leaders. We carry out "Yokohama Yoho Project-Yokohama Burn-" to disseminate the appeal of the work for junior and senior high school students.
In fiscal 2022, we will inform you that we have held a planning meeting to release a video of a conversation between young nursery teachers and distribute a PR flyer "Let's Become a Teacher" to Yokohama City Junior High School and High School Students".
