A very painful incident occurred in Fukuoka Prefecture in July 2021 and Shizuoka Prefecture in September 2022, in which elementary school studenｔ was left behind in a shuttle bus died. The safety of elementary school studenｔ must always be ensured in childcare and educational facilities, and safety management is an important task.
In response to these incidents, Yokohama City has formulated safety management guidelines for vehicle transfers in elementary school studenｔ.
Based on these guidelines, childcare and educational facilities in the city will review safety management related to vehicle transfers in elementary school studenｔ, discuss among staff, prepare manuals for each garden according to the actual conditions of the garden, and help ensure safe transfer of elementary school studenｔ.
