Light up the city hall in silver for "World Mental Health Day"!

　October 10 is "World Mental Health Day." Raise interest in mental health, eliminate prejudice, and agree with the purpose of deepening correct knowledge and understanding, and from Friday, October 7 to Thursday, October 13, a part of the city hall to brain and mind Light up in the symbol color of the Silver Ribbon Movement for the purpose of raising awareness of the disease (disability) and mental health.
