"Forgetful health check-up" will be held throughout the year!　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　health check-up will start on April 1 in FY2022~

　We carry out forgetful health check-up (simple test of dementia) free of charge for one 65 years or older living in the city to push forward early detection and early correspondence of dementia.
　In the fourth year, it will start on April 1, so you will be able to consult throughout the year. There are 158 medical institutions in the city, and applications for health check-up are accepted directly at each implementing medical institution. You can have a consultation once during the year.
