Since 2018, Yokohama City has placed a juvenile dementia support coordinator at one dementia disease medical center. This time, in order to enhance support for juvenile dementia, we will increase the number of juvenile dementia support coordinators. We add two places from June, 2022 and place in three places of dementia disease medical centers in the city.
By assigning a juvenile dementia support coordinator, we will promote the enhancement of individual consultations and cooperation with related organizations, and work to ensure that juvenile dementia can receive appropriate support according to their condition.
