　On August 17, 2022 (Wednesday), we launched a convenience store delivery service for COVID-19 infection vaccination certificates at Seven-Eleven Japan Co., Ltd. nationwide.

　Those who wish to reissue a paper version of the vaccination certificate, or those who need a paper version of vaccination certificate after issuing an electronic version of the vaccination certificate with a smartphone application, are also installed at Seven-Eleven stores. You can now obtain a paper version of vaccination certificate (for overseas / domestic use and only for Japan) using your My Number Card.

※If you wish to obtain a vaccination certificate for both overseas and domestic use at a convenience store, you must have issued a paper or electronic version of the vaccination certificate after Thursday, July 21, 2022
