- Suspicious e-mail information that claims to be a credit card company, pretending to be sent from the email address of the Yokohama City Public Relations Section (ss-web@city.yokohama.jp). Yokohama City Public Relations Section does not send the following e-mails. Please be careful.
- The caller name is a major credit card company, and the email address is displayed at <ss-web@city.yokohama.jp>
- Encourage you to click the linked URL to resolve security issues.
- You will be asked to log in to your account and check your transaction history and change your password.
- If you receive a suspicious email, please delete it without opening the email.
