（１） Listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6, and satisfy the following. If you are currently applying at the time of submission of the application form, the registration must be completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
　・Registered in the event “319 Event Planning and Operation, etc.” and register “A Event Planning” and “B Event Management, etc.” as details of the event (regardless of ranking)
（２） Have a track record of operating international conferences within the past 10 years.
(The term "international conference" herein refers to a meeting hosted by "international organizations and international organizations" (including branches of each country) or "national organizations and domestic organizations" (other than private companies), with 50 or more participants and participants from three or more countries, including Japan.)
（３） Have not received any suspension measures under the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004)" from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
（４） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（５） In the case of a joint venture (community formed for the purpose of joint work together), the following conditions must be met.
(A) The secretary shall be established, and the secretary shall satisfy all of the above conditions (1), (2), (3), and (4).
(A) Members must meet all of the above conditions (3) and (4).
(C) The secretary shall state the names of representatives of all members and conclude an agreement of the joint venture with each representative seal. The seal of the secretary to be stamped shall be the same as the one used at the time of contract.
D) The division of the members must be clear in the “Joint Business Agreement” depending on the business content.
(E) Each member of the “consortium” must not be a member of another joint venture that makes a proposal for the work. In addition, the members of the joint venture must not participate as a single company.

Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof in the proposal qualification confirmation result notification. If you can confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will send you a proposal-related document submission request form.

・Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 17:00 five days after excluding the closing date, starting from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
・When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to person who requested explanation within five days excluding closing date, starting from the next day on which we received the above document.
