（１） Being listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (articles, consignments, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6 and satisfy the following. If you are currently applying at the time of submission of the application form, the registration must be completed by the date of identifying the contract candidate.
　・Registered in the event “319 Event Planning and Management, etc.”, and register “A Event Planning” and “B Event Management, etc.” as details of the event (regardless of ranking)
（２） Have a track record of operating international conferences within the past 10 years.
(The term "international conference" here refers to a conference hosted by "international organizations and international organizations" (including branches of each country) or "national organizations and domestic organizations" (other than private companies) and with more than 50 participants and participants from more than 3 countries including Japan.)
（３） From the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, no suspension measures have been taken under the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004)".
（４） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（５） In the case of a joint venture (a community formed for the purpose of jointly conducting the work), the following conditions must be satisfied:

C. The secretary shall enter the name of the representative of all members and conclude an agreement of the consortium with the seal of each representative. The seal of the secretary to be sealed shall be the same as the one used at the time of contract.
D) The sharing of members is clear in the “Consortium Agreement” depending on the content of the work.
E. Each member of the “consortium” must not be a member of other consortiums that make proposals for the business. In addition, members of the consortium must not participate as a single company.

・Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 17:00, five days after the closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
・When an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the closing date from the day following the date on which the above document was received.
