　・Over the past five years, five or more projects have been entrusted with planning for forums and seminars in which more than 50 people from the national, government agencies, international organizations, local governments, private companies, etc. participate.

　　・Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 17:00 five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
　　・Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
