・Being listed in "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)" in Reiwa 5.6 In addition, it has not yet been listed in the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)" in Reiwa 5.6, but in the event specified to correspond to the contract, the application form is currently being submitted at the time of submission, and registration has been completed by the bidding date.
・From the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the date of bidding, no suspension measures have been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination".
・Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
