（１） Listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6, and satisfy the following. If you are currently applying at the time of submission of the application form, the registration must be completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
　・Registered for either "B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" or "350: Other outsourcing, etc." of the event "320: Various Survey Planning". In addition, it must be listed in all of the details "A: Movie / Video Production" and "323: Advertisement" (regardless of detail) of the business category "322: Video and Video Production". (regardless of ranking)

（２） Have a track record of outsourcing related to international Blanding promotion of business or products of administrative organizations or companies since FY2019.
（３） Have not received any suspension measures under the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004)" from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
（４） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（５） Not be an adult ward, custodian, assisted person or a minor.
（６） Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004) and a person who has made a decision to commence.
（７） Have not been suspended from bank transactions.
（８） A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those that Yokohama City has recognized that there is no risk of falling into inability to fulfillment).
（９） For the period from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee, the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension (partially revised April 1, 2021) for the period from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the trustee.
