We will issue a "Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice" to all businesses that have submitted the "Application Form for Participation" after confirming that the proposer's qualifications.
Notification date will be held by May 15, 2024 (Wednesday).
・ If you meet the proposal qualification, you will also issue a “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form”.
・ Anyone who has been notified that the proposal has not been granted may ask for a written explanation of the reason.
・By 5:00 pm, 5 days after the date of delivery of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Results”, a document requesting an explanation (free style) requesting an explanation (free style) will be sent to the “Application Form”. Please submit it to the submission address. Motoichi will respond in writing within 5 days (excluding the city hall closing date) counting from the day after the receipt of the above document.
