[Open call for proposals] Yokohama City Cancer Information Website construction and operation outsourcing

The person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions (1) to (4).

(1)　Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(2)　A person who has been registered in the event "Computer Business (316)" and "Various Survey Planning (320)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment) in Reiwa 5/6 . Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above event is being applied for the above event at the time of submission of the application form, and registration is completed before the date on which the trustee is specified.

(3)　 Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension according to the provisions of the Measures Summary such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension from February 7, 2024 to the specific day of the trustee.

(4)　Have a track record of building and operating websites within the past five years, and have a track record of building navigation functions such as searching medical institutions that conduct cancer screening.

We will conduct a hearing on the proposal as follows.

(4)　Date of Response and Method
　 　We will respond by e-mail by Thursday, February 22, 2024.

※If there is no question, we will not send it.

(1)　By March 5, 2024 (Friday), a notification of the proposal qualification confirmation result will be issued by e-mail to all persons who have submitted the application form for participation.
(2)　In addition, a proposal-related document submission request form will also be issued to those who will participate. Those who have been qualified for proposal should submit proposals, etc. based on the proposal preparation procedure.
(3)　By 5:00 pm 5 days after the date of shipment of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice”, submit a document requesting an explanation (free style) requesting an explanation (free style) to submit a “participation intention application form” Please submit to the address. Motoichi will respond in writing within 5 days (excluding the city hall closing date) counting from the day after the receipt of the above document.

　This contract is a matter subject to suspension that each accounting budget of Yokohama City in 2024 will be voted by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2024.
