[Open call for proposals] Consulting services related to the transition to standardized health management systems (Vaccinations and Adult Health)

A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has been registered for "316: Computer Business" or "320: Various Survey Planning" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment) in Reiwa 5/6. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above event is being applied for the above event at the time of submission of the application form, and registration is completed before the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day between February 2, 2024 and the contract candidate specific date.
4. Procurement support for business systems in prefectures or cities designated by government ordinance based on the “Law Concerning the Standardization of Local Government Information System”, procurement support, project management, and development of business systems in prefectures or ordinance-designated cities. Have a track record of conducting commissioned work such as support for development, maintenance, and operation.

5. A person who has not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
6. A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those whose decision has been made by Yokohama City as having no risk of falling into immorable).

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.

   • Only one proposal can be submitted per person.
   • Changes to the proposal are not allowed.
