Those who intend to participate in this proposal shall meet one of the following requirements (1) or (2) and satisfy (3) to (10).
（１） As a result of the examination pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations, it is listed on the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding for the relevant fiscal year and responded to the contract.

（２） Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified persons for general competitive bidding for the relevant fiscal year, it will correspond to the contract when submitting the application form for participation.
　　 A person who is currently applying for a business type similar to (1) above, which is defined as (1) above, and whose registration is completed by the specific date of the contract candidate.

（３） A person who can perform the work until the expiration of the performance period.
（４） Those who have not been suspended from bank transactions.
（５） Person who does not have relationship with gangs prescribed in Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations Article 2.
（６） Person who does not correspond to Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（７） A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004).
（８） A petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or rehabilitation pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999).
