(1)　Qualifications, etc. for a single company

　(G) A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004).
　(C) Request for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or rehabilitation pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999).

◆Notification of participation qualification confirmation result
・ All businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)” will be notified in writing of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice (No. 2 Style)” in writing.

　　・Those who meet the proposal qualifications will be notified in writing together with the “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form (No. 6 Style)”.　　　
　　　In addition, materials explaining the contents of the festival will be provided by e-mail.
　　・A person who has been notified that the proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, written documents are provided by the Executive Committee
　　Starting from the day following the day on which the notification was sent, the “Application Form for Intention to Participation” by 17:00, five days after excluding holidays stipulated by the Administrative Agency's Holidays Act.
　　(No. 1 style) Please submit to the submission address. The Executive Committee shall start from the day following the date of receipt of the above documents, and shall be in accordance with the administrative agency's holiday laws.
