Those who can participate in this bid shall be those who meet all the following requirements.
（１） In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) of Reiwa 5th and 6th year, the scale division must be registered as "city".
（２） In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) of Reiwa 5th and 6th year, the registration order of "320 various survey plans" is the third or higher, and the detailed "A: Market / Public Opinion Survey" There must be registration.
（３） Being able to secure the required number of investigators for the survey in the survey area.
（４） Having a track record of similar work in the past five years.
（５） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（６） A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those who have received a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act and a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act).
