（1） About notification of participation qualification confirmation result
　Of those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified in writing (Form 6) of that effect and the reason.
　Notifications will be made by 5:00 pm on Monday, August 21, 2023.

（2） Submission of Proposals
　Those who have been approved for the proposal qualification in “(1) Notification of Participation Qualification Confirmation Results”, please submit (Form 8) proposal as follows. Please submit it from the representative member.
　A. Submission deadline: Until 5:00 pm on Friday, September 22, 2023 (must arrive)
　B. Number of copies submitted: Proposal: 6 copies of paper (1 copy, 5 copies), 1 electronic (DVD media, etc.)
　Subsidiary Materials: 2 copies of paper (primary copy, 1 copy), 1 electronic copy (DVD media, etc.)
　Use pipe-type files to minimize the number of files, and organize them in an easy-to-read manner, such as creating an index.
　Please bind the proposal and the supporting materials in a separate file.
