Other conditions
Those who qualify for application are those who fall under all of the following items.
(1) Participants shall be a single corporation (organization).
(2) Have a track record of public-private partnerships in the past five years (FY2018 to FY2022) at the time of submission of the proposal participation application form.
(3) Being listed in the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.). Or, at the time of submitting the participation intention application form, we have applied for registration in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6, and by the date to identify the contract candidate. Registration is expected to be completed.
(4) The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
(5) The union and any member of the union cannot participate in the same project. In addition, the union and another union to which one of the union members join have not participated in the same project.
(6) Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(7) Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004) and a person who has made a decision to commence.
(8) Have not been suspended from bank transactions.
(9) For the period from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the trustee, the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension (recently revised April 1, 2021) for the period from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the trustee.
(10) Being able to perform the work until the completion of the business outsourcing.

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.

(3) There must be no more than three persons, including the person in charge of the site scheduled to be assigned.
(4) Implementation method At the time of hearing, presentations will be made verbally and in paper materials using the proposal. Changes and additions of materials are not permitted.

Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of the proposal qualification confirmation result by e-mail. In addition, if we can confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form.
Notification date: We perform by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Others: Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not granted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination (Midori Environment Bureau Agricultural Policy Promotion Division community development charge) by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from the day after Motoichi sent notice. Must.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

Details of the proposal
(1) Proposals shall be prepared based on the attached form (Forms 1-4-11).
(2) In principle, the size of the paper should be A4 size vertical. The number of submissions that can be submitted is as described in each form.
(3) The description of the proposal shall be expressed in sentences, and the use of images, illustrations, etc. to supplement the sentence is free.
(4) Except for notes, etc., the characters should be about 10 points or more in principle, and should be written within the prescribed format.
(5) Multicolor printing is acceptable, but monochrome copying will be made for evaluation, so please consider the ease of view.
(6) It is not possible to change various styles or add lines.
(7) Please submit the contents of the proposal in electronic data. Please make virus check using CD-R, etc., and submit it in the form. PDF processing is not allowed.
