Other Conditions
Those who are eligible for application shall be those who fall under all of the following items.
(1) Participants shall be a single corporation (organization).
(2) Have a track record of public-private partnerships in the past five years (from FY2018 to FY2022) at the time of submission of the proposal participation intention application form.
(3) Being listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6 Or, at the time of submitting the participation intention application form, you have applied for registration in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in 2015, and by the date to identify the contract candidate The registration is expected to be completed.
(4) It is not possible for the same participant to make multiple proposals.
(5) The union and any member of the union may not participate in the same case. In addition, the union and another union, which is joined by any of the union members, do not participate in the same project.
(6) Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
(7) Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004) or a person who has decided to start it.
(8) Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
(9) During the period from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee, no nomination has been suspended according to the provisions of the Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (Recently Revised April 1, 2021).
(10) Being able to perform business until the completion of outsourcing.

(3) The number must be no more than 3 persons, including the site manager scheduled to attend.
(4) Implementation method At the time of hearing, presentations will be made verbally and in paper materials using the proposal. We do not accept any changes or additions to materials.

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification by e-mail. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
Notification date: It will be held by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Other: Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not approved. In addition, the document must be submitted to the application form submission destination (Midori Environment Bureau Agricultural Policy Promotion Division community development) by 5:00 pm, five days after the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice. Must.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

Contents of Proposal
(1) Proposals shall be prepared based on the prescribed format (Forms-4-11) attached.
(2) In principle, the size of the paper shall be A4 size vertical. The number of submissions that can be submitted is as described in each form.
(3) The description of the proposal shall be expressed in sentences, and the use of images, illustrations, etc. to supplement the sentence is free.
(4) Characters should be about 10 points or more in principle, except for notes, etc., and should be written within the prescribed format.
(5) Multicolor printing is acceptable, but monochrome copy will be made for evaluation, so please consider the ease of viewing.
(6) It is not possible to change various forms or add lines.
(7) Please submit your proposal in electronic data. Please make sure that the virus has been checked using a CD-R, etc., and submit it in format. PDF processing is not possible.
