We identified contracted candidates using the open call for proposal method and contracted as follows.

A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and be qualified as the submitter of the proposal.
（１） Participant shall be a single corporation or union.
（２） Participants are those who have been registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4 at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and who meet all of the following conditions I do.
A. Business: Person who registers "management such as park green tract of land" in the first place, detailed: Person who registers "weeding, tree pruning" and "flower bed, pot management".
B. Rating ratings: “Management of parks and green spaces, etc.: A”
C. Business: A person who has registered "raw materials" and details: Those who have registered "landscape materials and wood".
D. Location: City
O. Planning Site Manager: Person who prescribes in maintenance work common specifications (January, 2020 version) such as park green tract of land. In this consignment, the person in charge of the site to be assigned is allowed to concurrently serve, and there is no obligation to reside.
（３） It is not possible for the same participant to make multiple proposals.
（４） Based on Article 64 of the "Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines for Yokohama City Goods and Consignments", unions that meet all of the above conditions (2) and union members belonging to this union cannot participate in the same project . In addition, a union that satisfies all of the conditions in (2) above and another union that is joined by a member belonging to this union must not participate in the same project.
（５） Any place of the proposer (limited to Kanto region (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki), Yamanashi and Shizuoka) can be prepared, and continuous at that place until the end of September 2024 Person who can do upbringing.

C. How to submit: In principle, e-mail (however, after sending e-mail, confirmation of reception by telephone) will be used.
However, if it is difficult to submit by e-mail due to data capacity, etc., please bring or mail it (using general registered mail, simple registered mail or specific record, and ship so that it arrives by the deadline).
D. Documents to be submitted: As per the guidelines for preparing proposals

• If you bring it with you on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Parks and Green Space Development Division Kami Seya, Environmental Planning Bureau (28th floor of City Hall). In addition, this section is divided into the 27th floor of the city hall and the 28th floor (north and south sides), but this charge is on the 28th floor south side.
• If the submission deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the reason of the delivery company, we will accept it with proof.
