C. Size category: Small and medium-sized enterprises
D. Location: City
(O) Scheduled site manager: Person who prescribes in maintenance work common specifications (January, 2020 version) such as park green tract of land.
F. Joint enterprises (JVs) are not allowed, and bid participation by a single company is made.
In addition, as stipulated in the specifications, the site manager must be stationed at the site during work, and consideration must be given to concurrent work with other tasks. In addition, it is not possible to concurrently serve as "consignment of management and development of forest land in Tsurumi Ward 1st ward".
（２） The same participant cannot make multiple proposals for this consignment.
