A person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and the contents must meet all of the following conditions.
（１） "Location classification" must be registered in "city".
（２） "Scale classification" is registered as "Small and Medium Enterprises".
（３） "Business type" includes "901: Architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered in first place.
（４） "Specific" must be registered including "A: Design of Government buildings, schools, hospitals, etc."

2 Design work results
Having a track record of performing building design work that satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2), and be able to submit documents that can confirm the design work results.
（１） New construction of a "condominium" building with a total area of 1,000 square meters or more (excluding the floor area of the existing part) in one building, which was constructed between May 11, 2001 and May 10, 2021 Or extension work.
（２） New construction or extension work of a public building ordered by the national or local government, which was completed between May 11, 2001 and May 10, 2021. (regardless of size.)

3 Engineer placement
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license.
（２） Being a member of the proposer.

4 Others
（１） Have not applied for the announced “Design Business Consignment for Sakae Housing Rebuilding Business” at the same time.
（２） During the period from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidates, etc., have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension".
（３） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16)
（４） Not be an adult ward, assisted person, assisted person or a minor.
（５） Based on the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004), no petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been filed and no decision has been made to commence.
（６） Have not been suspended from bank transactions.
（７） No petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 172 of 1952) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) has not been filed (Excluding those who have been decided by Yokohama City as having no risk of falling into immorable).
