2 Design work results
There is a track record of building design work that satisfies the following items ((1) and (2) can be another building), and a document that can confirm the design work results can be submitted. thing.
（１） Based on the Cultural Property Protection Law, among the renovation works of cultural properties (buildings) designated by the national or local governments, Yokohama City-certified historical buildings, or Yokohama City registered historical buildings, July 2001 Must have been completed between 27 and July 26, 2021. (Including designation under the Cultural Property Protection Ordinance of each local government based on the Cultural Property Protection Law)

3 Engineer placement
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the fulfillment period of this work.
（２） Being a member of the proposer.

4 Others
