A person who has the proposal qualification shall be a single company and shall meet all of the following items.

1. Registration of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
A person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and the contents must meet all of the following conditions.
（１） "Location classification" must be registered in "city".
（２） "Scale classification" must be registered as "Small and Medium Enterprise".
（３） "Business type" includes "901: Architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered within the second place.
（４） "Details" must be registered including "A: Design of Government buildings, schools, hospitals, etc." and "G: design of renovation and repair work".

2 Design work results
There is a track record of building design work that satisfies the following items ((1) and (2) can be another building), and a document that can confirm the design work results can be submitted. thing.
（１） Of the renovation work of cultural properties (buildings) designated by the national or local governments, or historical buildings certified by Yokohama City based on the Cultural Property Protection Law, from May 18, 2011 to May 17, 2021 Must have been completed between the day.
（２） Of the construction of public buildings ordered by the national or local governments, those that have been completed between May 18, 2011 and May 17, 2021. (It does not matter the size and construction type.)

3 Engineer placement
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the fulfillment period of this work.
（２） Being a member of the proposer.

4 Others
