　６． Conditions for participation in specific joint ventures

　（３） Either of the members must meet the conditions in 5 above.
　（４） Submit a consortium agreement and a power of attorney (Form 3-2).

　By Wednesday, December 1, 2021, we will issue a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 4) by e-mail to all those who have submitted the application form for participation.
　In addition, we will issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 5) to those who have been approved for proposal qualification. Those who have been qualified for proposal should submit proposals, etc. based on the proposal preparation procedure.
