②You must be licensed to use LGWAN-ASP. Registered as an LGWAN-ASP provider in the "LGWAN-ASP Service List" of the Local Government Information System Organization.
③(one good fortune) Being a Privacy Mark licensing company established by the Japan Information Economic and Social Promotion Association, and has been certified for the protection of personal information equivalent thereto.
④A country, prefecture, special ward, or core city or higher must have a track record of operating a system of the same type as the system.
